Low Impact Debriefing is a simple practice for sharing and processing difficult experiences while being mindful of how much traumatic detail we pass along to others. It can help reduce unnecessary secondary trauma exposure, prevent “sliming,” and support more intentional conversations with colleagues, friends, and loved ones.
