About the Video
In this conversation, Françoise Mathieu reflects on her 20-plus years’ experience as a mental health professional, crisis counsellor, and trauma specialist to provide insight on the lessons she has learned over her career, what she wishes she had known early on, and characteristics of positive and negative working situations that she’s experienced.
The Southern Regional Children’s Advocacy Center (SRCAC), a project of the National Children’s Advocacy Center, is located in Huntsville, Alabama. SRCAC is one of four Regional CACs established by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) in 1995 to provide training and technical assistance to child abuse professionals located within each region.
