Boundaries

Boundaries

A Deep Dive

About the Video

How do you know when a boundary has been breached?

Navigating work boundaries is an essential skill to maintaining a healthy career for the long-term. This is especially true as we process the impact of the pandemic and return to offices or hybrid work models. For those helpers who are returning from deployment, how do you set limits and deal with resentment and unfinished business?

In this session Françoise Mathieu, Diana Tikasz, and Dr. Jen Russel take a deep dive into the topic of boundaries including recognizing boundary breaches, establishing emotional boundaries, and navigating the boundaries between our work and personal lives.

Recorded in June 2021 as part of the Psychological PPE Program.
