Supporting Each Other Through the Reality of Today’s Workplace

About the Video

At TEND, we support a diverse group of professions across North America. Over the past year, it has become clear that, despite the unique nuances and challenges each profession faces, we are all confronting the same hard realities. Stress is amplified and resources are leaner than ever before. Yet, amidst these challenges, there are small actions we can take today that will profoundly impact the future of our workplaces and, by extension, the communities we serve.

In this keynote address, Françoise Mathieu will share her experiences working as a trauma specialist over her 25-year career. She will explore insights from organizations who are thriving and lessons learned from those who are struggling.

Recorded in June 2024 as part of the CARE4YOU Conference
